- Peak Season: Processing may take up to 3 business days during high-demand holidays or sales events.
🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We ship via reliable carriers (such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx) to ensure your seasoning arrives fresh and ready to use. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: Delivered in 3 to 5 business days via standard ground service.
- Expedited Shipping: Delivered in 1 to 2 business days for urgent cooking needs.
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50.
📍 Shipping Restrictions
- Domestic Only: We currently only ship to addresses within the United States.
- PO Boxes & APO/FPO: We happily deliver to PO Boxes and military addresses via standard shipping methods.
❌ Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages
Since food products can occasionally face rough transit, we protect your orders.
- Damaged Items: If your seasoning package arrives ripped or broken, please take a photo and contact us immediately at [Your Support Email Address] so we can send a replacement.
- Stolen/Missing Packages: We are not responsible for packages marked "Delivered" by the carrier that go missing. We recommend shipping to a secure location.
🔄 Returns & Food Safety
- Final Sale: Due to the perishable nature of food items and strict food safety regulations, all sales of seafood boil seasoning are final.
- Exceptions: We do not accept returns if you change your mind, but we will happily replace or refund any items that arrive damaged or defective.
